At hireful, recruitment is our thing. We might be a smaller company (70 staff and counting), but what we lack in size, we make up for in recruitment knowledge (and a whole load of helpfulness). I guess you could say there’s a special place in our hearts for the everyday organisations battling for the best talent in the market and so we decided to create sub1000 community for every day recruiters. We recognised that there wasn't a central community dedicated for UK based, everyday in-house recruiters. We wanted to give you a central platform to access learning and content, whilst being able to network with peers to share best practise, experience and knowledge.
